Paths to Quality

Paths to QUALITY™ is a voluntary, statewide rating system created to help parents identify and choose high quality child care, and to assist child care and early learning educators in making significant, quality improvements to their programs.

This free resource has specific, targeted goals and requirements at each level, and provides knowledge, training, and guidance as providers advance through the levels. The levels include areas of support and training for health and safety, learning environments, planned curriculum, and national accreditation.

Each level builds on the previous one. Starting at Level 1, providers will learn and implement health and safety standards and continue working their way through each level until they reach Level 4 and achieve national accreditation.

All programs who enroll in the Paths to QUALITY™ system will receive incentives, marketing materials, coaching, and visited annually to verify the level of care and education they are providing.
